Online Leadership Courses

I am the Lead Lecturer for the iF Design Academy course Expanding Organizational Influence. This course is ideal for established senior design leaders who want to develop the skills, behaviors, vocabulary, and methods to effectively navigate complex, scaled organizations and drive enterprise-wide impact.

Expanding Organizational Influence is a 5-week course that will be offered three times in the coming months, each session tailored to a different global region:

  • Sept 29 – Nov 13, 2025 (Live sessions ideal for APAC & EMEA)

  • Jan 8 – Feb 19, 2026 (Live sessions ideal for EMEA & Americas)

  • Mar 12 – Apr 23, 2026 (Live sessions ideal for Americas & APAC)

Bringing the core curriculum of my online leadership course to your in-house design management team allows us to customize the content and material to the address the specific conditions of your organization. In these custom trainings, we are able to apply your team’s frameworks, metrics, vocabulary, and cultural touchpoints as the basis for a dynamic, cohort-based learning experience.

Academic Lectures & Workshops

I frequently visit university studios and classrooms as a guest lecturer discussing the business of design, and leading hands-on workshops with students. Recent in-person and virtual campus visits have included Duke University, Cornell University, University of Texas, California College of Arts, and Washington University in St. Louis.
